Our adventure kicks off at dusk from our hotel at Piazza Navona, whisking us away to twelve (12) remarkable locations throughout the city. A highlight of the evening: a gourmet pizza dinner and Italian wine inside the exquisite Palazzo Rondanini, a Renaissance gem many visitors walk right past.

We get to savor Rome’s best dishes paired beautifully with local beer and wine. We also learn how to spot “fake” gelato as we conclude our charming walking tour with a sweet treat from one of Rome's top gelaterias.

Immerse yourself in Rome’s culinary culture through our private La Cucina Romana cooking class, after we, as a group decide which two of the region’s famous pasta dishes we will learn to make… whether you crave the creamy Carbonara, the savory Amatriciana, the flavorful Gricia, or the classic Cacio e Pepe.

We’ll cook, sip chilled Prosecco, laugh, and learn all kinds of fascinating things about Italian food culture while creating a delicious lunch together.
