We also learn how to spot “fake” gelato as we conclude our charming walking tour with a sweet treat from one of Rome's top gelaterias. Immerse yourself in Rome’s culinary culture through our private La Cucina Romana cooking class, after we, as a group decide which two of the region’s famous pasta dishes we will learn to make… whether you crave the creamy Carbonara, the savory Amatriciana, the flavorful Gricia, or the classic Cacio e Pepe.

As we sharpen our culinary techniques and whip up a delicious lunch, we will be sipping perfectly chilled Prosecco and rest assured… desert is definitely on the menu too.

Of course we are not skipping the Vatican. We will experience the awe of St. Peter’s basilica with our priority access tour and dome climb.
